Africa is facing serious problems of shortage of qualified doctors

Morsun is willing to improve the health care in Nigeria, increase the income of medical workers and make health care more accessible.
In Nigeria (a country with highest GDP in Africa), the number of doctors per thousand is 0.376, and the number of nurses and midwives per thousand is 1.489. In other African countries, these are yet grim figures as well--sub-Saharan Africa has 12% of the world's population and 25% of the global disease burden, but only 3% of the world's health workers. Many doctors trained at African medical schools choose to work in urban hospitals or even migrate to other countries, which directly leads to the uneven distribution of doctors in Africa.
